This is an optical glass cube with ground and polished beveled edges and concave facets on three faces. The faces with facets have a dichroic coating that produces a wide range of colors, from soft pastel pinks and blue to deep yellow and green. Seen through the interior of the cube, the concave facets become convex mirrors. The cubes respond to light extremely well. Their internal reflections and refractions add extra sparkle no matter where you place them. And finally, as you can tell from the photographs, the cubes look wonderfully different from every angle.

The number 3 cube is 3" on a side. The piece is 5" high because the cube stands on end on its beveled base.
