This lovely two-mirror scope has springform curls of anodized wire and sparkling beads suspended in oil in the object chamber. The result is a super saturated mandala (the image you see in the scope) with the gentle rearrangements that come from the objects being in oil. The ends are brass, the scope is signed on the rim of the eyepiece: "Durette '06".
