This wide sweep of optical glass contains three billowing surfaces of crackled dichroic coated glass that create an ever-changing sparkling spectrum. Move, and the colors move with your point of view. The surfaces, both clear and colored are reflected and refracted within the sculpture.

The photographs illustrate why optical artworks like this show off beautifully when they are lit against a dark background - the background lets the delicate iridescent colors look much more intense.
